the ultimate betrayal

Now, i know john has broken his leg, so i think we can forgive him, but what happened last night was a travesty. we were the real winners of that quiz -- frankly we deserved to win. Steve came to the office this morning and informed me that Supermarine indeed designed the Spitfire (the greatest British design?), and Vickers was the parent company. Also, our point for Thomas Beckett (who stepped into the quantum leap accelerator and vanished) was not added... well it was at the end, and we still didn't win. In our hearts we won.
