in response to john (below) i am in the direct line of the window, negating the need for a fan. i also have the phone at the moment. although you can't see it in john's picture, we both have a filing cabinet. john's is much newer than mine.
hmm if i remember correctly the phone used to be on my desk
but i seem to get more phone calls...
